Exchanges and returns

1. INCORRECT PRODUCT

In the event of an error in the shipment of the product, meaning that the item received does not match the purchased reference, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it. You must contact our customer service at info@agave.cat, or by calling 629 708 150. Anunzia will refund the amount of the product and the shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item in the store, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the event that the return is due to a defective product, you must notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours. You must confirm the defect by sending photographs that clearly show the item is damaged or deteriorated. The photographs should be sent to the email address info@agave.cat. Ágave will refund the amount of the product and the shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item in the store, using the same payment method used for the purchase. 3. WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Spanish legislation, the user has the right of withdrawal, by which they may return the received product if it does not meet their expectations. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is reserved for users acting as consumers and/or end users, in accordance with the definition provided in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. This right may be exercised within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, according to the official calendar of the place where the item was delivered. To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition, retain its original packaging, and include all accessories. The refund of the purchase amount will be made using the same payment method used for the order and, in any case, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the withdrawal request. Return costs resulting from exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by the customer, except in cases of nonconformity with the items. If the products do not arrive in perfect condition, Ágave reserves the right to refund a lower amount for the order, retaining any sums necessary to cover the user’s breach of these obligations. To process a return of this type, the following steps must be followed:

- The user must notify Ágave, at C. Mossèn Gudiol, 21, entresol C, 08500 Vic, by phone at 629 708 150 or by email at info@agave.cat, of their decision to withdraw from the purchase through an unequivocal statement sent by post, fax, or email.

- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must complete the withdrawal form that will be provided by email once contact has been made.
