1. PRICES:
All prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros and include the applicable taxes and fees within Spanish territory. Product prices may vary at any time depending on Ágave’s pricing policy.
Products purchased will be invoiced at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
Ágave will send you the purchase receipt by email to the address provided by the user. Likewise, Agave allows the user to request an invoice by sending an email to info@agave.cat indicating the corresponding order number. Once the email is received, Ágave will send the requested invoice.
2. SHIPPING:
Destinations: Mainland Spain (excluding the Balearic and Canary Islands).
Delivery times: The vast majority of products in stock are available for immediate delivery within approximately 24/48 hours from the time they leave our facilities. Depending on weekends or public holidays, delivery may sometimes be delayed.
Other products that, due to storage or special characteristics, are made to order or finished upon request will have variable delivery dates, with shipping taking place approximately 15 days after purchase.
Orders will be shipped through our courier service within 2 to 7 business days from the time they leave the warehouse.
An email notification will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse, including the tracking number. Our logistics provider MBE delivers Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

3. SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs will be detailed at the end of the purchase process and vary depending on the volume of the order. The aforementioned shipping costs shall be fully borne by the user. Including many products in a single shipment is more economical than making separate shipments.
4. LIABILITY FOR DELIVERY
Agave does not guarantee the permanent availability of the products and is exempt from any liability provided that it is not due to intentional misconduct on the part of Agave , or caused by errors resulting from the unavailability of telematic data transfer networks beyond its control.
Likewise, Agave shall be released from its delivery obligations described in the previous Shipping section and declines all responsibility in the following cases:
- Total or partial non-payment by the user.
- Omission or inaccuracy of the information that, in accordance with the previous Clauses, the user must provide in the purchase order at the time of placing the order.
5. FORCE MAJEURE
Agave shall not be liable for the total or partial non-fulfilment of the obligations arising from this contract, nor for any delay in their execution, if such non-fulfilment is due to a circumstance of force majeure, including general, regional or sectoral strikes, floods, fires, etc.
